Frequently asked questions. How do i make a purchase from your website?
Purchasing from us could not be easier..
Step 1 : Browse our website and add item to basket, from the basket you will have the option to continue shopping, update items and goto checkout.
Step 2 : Carry on browsing adding as many items as you wish to basket, you can check items you've added by clicking the "view basket" link at top of page, from here you can also remove items.
Step 3 : Once you are happy with items you have picked, you can now go through the payments process by clicking "checkout" link at top of page.
Step 4 : Checkout, here you will need to enter shipping and contact details, you can also choose your payment preference. You will then be forwarded to a secure site for payment details.
Step 5 : You will recieve email confirmation of order and payment, we will then contact you via email for expected delivery date.
Do you have a brochure?
Due to constantly changing stock, at the moment we do not do a printed catalogue as such as it would be out of date virtually as soon as it was printed, we are however looking into a PDF version which can be downloaded from our site.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, we add shipping to all orders (Free shipping to UK orders over £350.00)
Shipping is worked out on total cart value - please see delivery and shipping charges.
Can I see the prices in my own currency?
We only list products in GBP and Euro.
Is there a minimum order?
At the moment, there is no minimum order.
Also note, delivery if free on orders over 350.00.
How do I know its safe to order online?
When your credit card is used to make purchases over the Internet through our shopping basket, the information is encrypted using the latest 128 bit encryption. This technology ensures that your information protected from outside parties when transmitted from your computer to our computer. Our secure payment pages are supplied by NOCHEX (for CC transactions) and paypal.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes, we accept most major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro etc.
What other payment methods do you accept?
UK customers can also pay by cash, cheque, postal order. please contact us for these forms of payment.
For large or regular orders, please contact us to arrange payment methods/accounts.
What if I prefer not to send my card details online?
Please see Nochex.com, this will explain how secure our online payments are.
If you still prefer not to use CC details online, you can use paypal, cash, cheque or postal orders.
Will you keep my details private?
Bosslighting.co.uk never disclose buyers information to any third parties. We may, in the future, occasionally send site update information and follow up product news requests made by our customers at their own request.
We only keep contact details for membership purposes, no CC transaction details are stored on our server.
